Ingredients

  • 2.5 cups watermelon, cut into 2-inch cubes
  • 1/2 lime, juice and zest
  • 1/2 tablespoon Tajín seasoning (or to taste)
  • 1/3 cup cotija cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons fresh mint, finely chopped
  • Pinch of flaky salt

Instructions

  1. Thread 5–6 watermelon cubes onto each skewer.
  2. Arrange the skewers on a serving platter.
  3. Drizzle with fresh lime juice and sprinkle with lime zest.
  4. Season evenly with Tajín.
  5. Top with crumbled cotija cheese and chopped fresh mint.
  6. Finish with a pinch of flaky salt.
  7. Serve immediately or chill for 15–30 minutes before serving.

  • Add the cotija and mint just before serving for the freshest presentation.
