- Pinch of flaky salt
Instructions
- Thread 5–6 watermelon cubes onto each skewer.
- Arrange the skewers on a serving platter.
- Drizzle with fresh lime juice and sprinkle with lime zest.
- Season evenly with Tajín.
- Top with crumbled cotija cheese and chopped fresh mint.
- Finish with a pinch of flaky salt.
- Serve immediately or chill for 15–30 minutes before serving.

- Add the cotija and mint just before serving for the freshest presentation.
