Ingredients
- Chicken: 2 cups diced (boneless, skinless thighs or breast)
- π Day-old jasmine rice: 3 cups, fluffed
- πΏ Thai basil leaves: 1 cup
- π§ Garlic: 4 cloves, minced
- πΆ Birdβs eye chilies: 2-3, finely chopped (adjust for heat)
- π₯ Fish sauce: 2 tbsp
- π₯ Soy sauce: 1 tbsp
- π₯ Oyster sauce: 1 tbsp
- π’ Oil: 2 tbsp (vegetable or peanut)

Instructions
- Heat oil in a wok or skillet over medium-high heat.
- SautΓ© garlic and chilies until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Add chicken, stir-frying until golden and cooked through.
- Push chicken to one side and add the rice.
- Drizzle fish sauce, soy sauce, and oyster sauce over the rice. Mix everything thoroughly.
