- 1 pint cherry tomatoes, stems removed
- 2 ripe peaches, peeled, pitted, and cut into chunks
- 2 cups Galbani Fresh Mozzarella Marinated Cheese Balls
- 1 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1 cup blackberries (optional)
- Balsamic glaze, for drizzling (optional)
Instructions
- Arrange the heirloom tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, and peach chunks on a large serving platter.
