Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 1/4 large red onion, finely diced
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and diced
  • Juice of 1 large lime
  • 3 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop the strawberries into small bite-sized pieces.
  2. Finely dice the red onion and seeded jalapeño.
  3. Add the strawberries, onion, jalapeño, cilantro, and fresh lime juice to a large mixing bowl.
