- 1 recipe homemade lemonade (or 8 cups prepared lemonade)
- 4–5 ripe peaches, washed and pitted
- 1 tablespoon fresh mint, plus extra for garnish
- Fresh peach slices, for garnish
- Lemon slices, for garnish
- Ice, for serving (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare your homemade lemonade according to your favorite recipe, or pour 8 cups of prepared lemonade into a large pitcher. Chill until ready to use.
- Wash the peaches, remove the pits, and slice them. Reserve about one-quarter of the peach slices for garnishing.
- Add the remaining peaches, 1 cup of the lemonade, and the fresh mint to a blender. Blend until completely smooth.
- For a smoother texture, strain the peach mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a large pitcher. Skip this step if you prefer a little pulp.
- Pour the remaining lemonade into the pitcher and stir until well combined.
- Add the reserved peach slices and fresh lemon slices.
- Serve over ice and garnish each glass with fresh mint and additional peach slices.
Notes
- Use ripe peaches for the sweetest flavor.
- Frozen peaches can be substituted when fresh peaches aren’t available.
- Chill all ingredients before serving for the most refreshing drink.
- Add sparkling water just before serving for a fizzy version.
