Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, egg, bread crumbs, garlic, bell pepper, spinach, feta cheese, onion, Italian seasoning, red chili pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.
- Mix thoroughly using clean hands until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- Divide the mixture into 6 equal portions and shape into burger patties.
- Preheat a grill, griddle, or skillet to medium-high heat.
- Place the patties on the hot cooking surface and cook for 10–15 minutes, flipping as needed.
- Cook until the burgers reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Remove from heat and allow the burgers to rest for 2–3 minutes.
- Serve on burger buns, lettuce wraps, or with your favorite side dishes.
