- 1 cup blackberries
- ¾ cup blueberries
- Seeds from 1 medium pomegranate
- 6 large fresh basil leaves, cut into ribbons
- 1–2 teaspoons honey
- Juice of ½ lime
Instructions
- Wash and slice the peaches into wedges.
- Add peaches, blackberries, blueberries, and pomegranate seeds to a large mixing bowl.
- Stack and thinly slice basil leaves into ribbons, then add to the bowl.
- Drizzle honey over the fruit.
- Squeeze fresh lime juice on top.
- Gently toss with tongs or two large spoons until evenly coated.
- Serve immediately or chill for 15–30 minutes before serving.
