Description

Golden Grahams S’mores Bars are gooey, chocolate-loaded no-bake treats made with crunchy cereal, melted marshmallows, and milk chocolate. Ready in minutes, they’re perfect for parties, lunchboxes, or whenever you’re craving an easy s’mores-inspired dessert without the campfire.


Ingredients

  • 5 cups mini marshmallows

  • 1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips

  • 5 tablespoons butter (or margarine)

  • 1/4 cup corn syrup

  • 7 cups Golden Grahams cereal

  • 1 cup mini marshmallows


Instructions

  1. Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan with butter or nonstick spray.

  2. In a large saucepan, combine 5 cups mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, butter, and corn syrup.

  3. Heat over low, stirring gently until fully melted and smooth.

  4. Remove from heat immediately.

  5. Stir in the Golden Grahams cereal and remaining 1 cup mini marshmallows. Mix until evenly coated (mixture will be sticky).

  6. Spoon mixture into prepared pan.

  7. Lightly grease a spatula and press mixture evenly into the pan.

  8. Let set at room temperature for 60 minutes before cutting into squares.

Notes

Use low heat to prevent the chocolate from scorching.

Lightly grease your spatula to prevent sticking.

For extra texture, sprinkle additional chocolate chips or mini marshmallows on top before pressing.

Store in an airtight container at room temperature up to 3 days.
