Description

This Fresh Peach Salsa is a quick and refreshing summer recipe made with juicy ripe peaches, red onion, cilantro, jalapeño, fresh lime juice, and a pinch of salt. Ready in just 5 minutes, it’s the perfect dip for tortilla chips or a flavorful topping for grilled chicken, fish, tacos, and more.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups ripe peaches, diced
  • ½ cup red onion, chopped
  • ½ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon jalapeño, minced (seeds removed)
  • Juice of ½ lime (about 1 tablespoon)
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Place the diced peaches, chopped red onion, cilantro, and minced jalapeño in a medium mixing bowl.
  2. Gently toss until the ingredients are evenly combined.
  3. Drizzle the fresh lime juice over the salsa and sprinkle with the salt.
  4. Toss gently once more to coat everything evenly.
  5. Serve immediately with tortilla chips or spoon over grilled chicken, fish, tacos or  shrimp.

Notes

  • Use ripe but firm peaches for the best texture.
  • Remove the jalapeño seeds for a milder salsa or leave some in for extra heat.
