Notes
Frozen Meatballs: No need to thaw the meatballs before adding them to the crockpot. They’ll cook perfectly right from frozen.
Substitute Ingredients: You can use half-and-half instead of heavy cream for a lighter version, but the sauce won’t be as rich.
Meal Prep: This dish makes great leftovers! Store any extras in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
Add Some Extra Veggies: Feel free to add more vegetables like mushrooms or bell peppers if you want to bulk up the dish.
