Ingredients
4 boneless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
3 tablespoons hot honey
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Rub chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken 3–4 minutes per side until golden.
Transfer chicken to the baking sheet and bake for 15–20 minutes or until internal temp reaches 165°F.
Drizzle hot honey over each chicken breast and sprinkle with crumbled feta.
Return to oven for 5 minutes until cheese softens and honey bubbles.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
Notes
Don’t have hot honey? Mix regular honey with chili flakes or a dash of hot sauce!
You can substitute chicken thighs, just adjust baking time as needed.
