Description

Cinnamon Sugar Baked Peaches are the easiest cozy dessert—warm, tender peaches baked with buttery brown sugar and spices, then topped with vanilla ice cream.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 large fresh peaches (ripe but firm), halved and pitted
  • 4 small pieces unsalted butter (about 1 teaspoon each)
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar (light or dark)
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Pinch ground nutmeg
  • Pinch ground cloves
  • Pinch salt
  • Vanilla ice cream, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Slice peaches in half and remove pits. Place peach halves cut-side up on a baking sheet or in a baking dish.
  3. Add a small piece of butter in the center of each peach half.
  4. In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and salt. Sprinkle evenly over peaches.
  5. Bake 8–12 minutes, until peaches are tender and golden with bubbly juices.
  6. Serve warm topped with vanilla ice cream.

Notes

  • Firmer peaches need closer to 12 minutes; very ripe peaches cook faster—start checking at 8 minutes.
  • Don’t skip the pinch of salt—it makes the flavors pop.
  • Want extra sparkle? Add a tiny drizzle of honey or caramel right before serving.
