Instructions

  1. Prepare the filling:
    In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, chopped romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, and crushed croutons (if using). Toss everything together until evenly coated. Add a pinch of black pepper to taste.

  2. Warm the tortillas:
    Heat each tortilla in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 10 seconds per side, or microwave them for 15 seconds to make them soft and pliable.

  3. Assemble the wraps:
    Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spoon 1/4 of the chicken Caesar filling into the center of the tortilla. If desired, add sliced avocado or diced cherry tomatoes on top of the filling.
