Ingredients

Instructions
Prepare the filling:
In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, chopped romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, and crushed croutons (if using). Toss everything together until evenly coated. Add a pinch of black pepper to taste.Warm the tortillas:
Heat each tortilla in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 10 seconds per side, or microwave them for 15 seconds to make them soft and pliable.Assemble the wraps:
Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spoon 1/4 of the chicken Caesar filling into the center of the tortilla. If desired, add sliced avocado or diced cherry tomatoes on top of the filling.Wrap it up:
Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to create a wrap. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.Serve or store:
Serve the wraps immediately, sliced in half if desired. If prepping ahead, wrap each one tightly in foil or plastic wrap and refrigerate for up to 24 hours.
