Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine blueberries, diced peaches, sliced cucumbers, and chopped basil.
- In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, Dijon mustard, honey, salt, and pepper.
- Slowly drizzle in olive oil while whisking until the dressing is smooth and combined.
- Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients and gently toss to coat evenly.
- Sprinkle crumbled feta over the top.
- Toss lightly once more to distribute the feta.
- Serve immediately for best flavor and texture.
