This Blueberry Peach Crumble is the perfect cozy dessert made with juicy peaches, sweet blueberries, and a buttery cinnamon-oat topping. It’s easy to make, family-friendly, and absolutely delicious served warm with vanilla ice cream.

For the filling:
- 2 cups blueberries
- 2 1/2 cups peeled and sliced peaches (5–6 peaches)
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
For the crumble topping:
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 6 tablespoons cold butter, diced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, combine blueberries, sliced peaches, lemon juice, lemon zest, vanilla extract, sugar, and flour. Gently toss until evenly coated. Let sit while preparing topping.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, oats, brown sugar, granulated sugar, salt, and cinnamon.
- Add cold diced butter and mix with your fingers until large crumbles form.
- Transfer fruit mixture to a 2-quart baking dish or cast iron skillet.
- Sprinkle crumble topping evenly over the fruit.
- Place dish on a baking sheet and bake for 40–45 minutes, until topping is golden brown and juices are bubbly.
- Cool for 10–15 minutes before serving. Serve warm or at room temperature with vanilla ice cream if desired.
Notes
- Frozen blueberries or peaches can be used; add 1 tablespoon extra flour if fruit is very juicy.
- Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
- Reheat in the oven at 350°F for 10–15 minutes to crisp the topping.
- For extra crunch, add 2 tablespoons additional oats to the topping.
