  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup sour cream

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • ½ cup shredded white cheddar cheese

  • 1 cup fresh cranberries

  • 2 tbsp sugar

  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

For Serving

  • Crackers, toasted crostini, or breadsticks

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, and white cheddar until smooth.

  3. In a separate bowl, toss cranberries with sugar until coated.

  4. Spread the cheese mixture into a baking dish, then top with sugared cranberries.

  5. Bake for 15–20 minutes, until bubbly and cranberries have burst.

  6. Garnish with parsley and serve warm with crackers or crostini.

Notes

Frozen cranberries work great—no need to thaw first.
For an extra golden top, broil for 1–2 minutes at the end (watch closely!).
You can prep this ahead of time and store unbaked in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
