Description

Air Fryer Honey Mustard Salmon is a quick, flavor-packed dinner made with a sweet and tangy honey-Dijon glaze. Ready in under 15 minutes, this flaky salmon recipe is perfect for busy weeknights, meal prep, or a healthy family dinner.

For the Salmon:

  • 2 salmon fillets (58 oz each)

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Honey Mustard Sauce:

  • 2 tablespoons honey

  • 2 tablespoons whole grain Dijon mustard

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika

  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Optional Topping:

  • Fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and lemon juice.

  2. Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.

  3. Marinate the salmon with two-thirds of the sauce for 30 minutes, or coat evenly and cook immediately if short on time.

  4. Preheat air fryer to 400°F for 3 minutes.

  5. Place salmon in the air fryer basket skin-side down.

  6. Brush remaining sauce over the top of each fillet.

  7. Air fry for 7–8 minutes, depending on thickness, until salmon flakes easily with a fork.

  8. Serve hot, drizzled with extra sauce and topped with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

Thinner fillets cook closer to 7 minutes; thicker cuts may need 8–9 minutes.

For extra caramelization, cook an additional 1 minute at the end.

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F for 2–3 minutes to prevent drying out.
