In a small bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and lemon juice.
-
Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
-
Marinate the salmon with two-thirds of the sauce for 30 minutes, or coat evenly and cook immediately if short on time.

Preheat air fryer to 400°F for 3 minutes.
-
Place salmon in the air fryer basket skin-side down.
-
Brush remaining sauce over the top of each fillet.
-
Air fry for 7–8 minutes, depending on thickness, until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
-
Serve hot, drizzled with extra sauce and topped with fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
Thinner fillets cook closer to 7 minutes; thicker cuts may need 8–9 minutes.
For extra caramelization, cook an additional 1 minute at the end.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F for 2–3 minutes to prevent drying out.
