Ingredients

1 ½ cups chocolate graham cracker crumbs

¼ cup melted butter

24 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup sugar

½ cup sour cream

3 large eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract

Green gel food coloring

Gummy worms, Oreos, pretzels, and candy decorations for topping
Instructions

Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.

Mix chocolate graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Press into bottom of pan.

Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add sour cream, eggs, and vanilla. Mix well.

Stir in green gel food coloring until the batter is a rich green.

Pour over crust and smooth the top.

Bake 45–50 minutes, until edges are set but center is slightly jiggly.

Cool completely, then refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.

Before serving, decorate with gummy worms, Oreos, pretzels, and candy for a bubbling cauldron effect.
