Ingredients
For the Whipped Feta Base

1–2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

For the Toppings

3 tablespoons honey

1/4 cup pistachios, shelled and roughly chopped

1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper (optional)

Pinch of chili flakes or za’atar (optional)

Instructions

Add the feta cheese, cream cheese, olive oil, lemon juice, and garlic (if using) to a food processor or high-powered blender.

Blend for 2–3 minutes, stopping to scrape down the sides, until smooth, creamy, and fluffy. Taste and adjust lemon or garlic if needed.

(Optional) Toast the pistachios in a dry skillet over medium heat for 3–4 minutes until lightly golden and fragrant. Let cool.

Warm the honey slightly so it’s easy to drizzle.

Spread the whipped feta onto a shallow serving bowl or plate, creating gentle swirls.

Drizzle with honey, then top with pistachios, cranberries, and optional black pepper or chili flakes.

Notes
Use full-fat feta for the creamiest texture.
The whipped feta base can be made up to 2 days ahead and stored covered in the refrigerator.
Add toppings just before serving for best texture and presentation.
If cranberries are very dry, soak them in warm water for 5 minutes and drain before using.
