Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a medium baking dish or oven-safe skillet.

Whisk sauce: In a medium bowl, combine coconut milk, red curry paste, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, rice vinegar, ginger, and garlic. Whisk until smooth. Taste and adjust seasonings.

Assemble: Place frozen dumplings in a single layer in the prepared dish. Pour sauce evenly over the top, covering most of the dumplings.

Bake covered: Cover the dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
