Ingredients
1 pound ground chicken
½ cup Italian breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons minced onions
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
½ teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon avocado oil (for cooking)
Hamburger buns, for serving
Lettuce, tomato, and red onion, for serving
Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, onions, parsley, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix gently with your hands until just combined—don’t overmix.
Divide the mixture into 4 equal parts and shape into ¾-inch thick patties. Press a thumbprint in the center of each patty.
Preheat a large non-stick skillet or grill pan over medium heat. Add avocado oil to coat the bottom.
Once the pan is hot, cook patties for 5–6 minutes on the first side, until golden brown. Flip and cook another 5–6 minutes.
Check internal temperature with a meat thermometer—it should read 165°F. Reduce heat and continue cooking if needed.
Serve on buns with lettuce, tomato, red onion, and your favorite toppings.

Don’t overmix the chicken mixture—gentle hands = juicy burgers!
