Instructions
- Brine the chicken : Submerge chicken in buttermilk for 2–4 hours (or overnight).

- Dry the chicken : Pat it thoroughly with paper towels.
- Coat : Dip chicken in buttermilk, then dredge in spice mix. Repeat for extra crunch.
