Description

These Sweet Chili Chicken Wraps are quick, flavorful, and loaded with tender chicken, crisp veggies, and a sweet-spicy chili sauce. Perfect for busy weeknights, meal prep, or an on-the-go lunch.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced

  • ½ cup sweet chili sauce

  • 4 large flour tortillas or whole wheat wraps

  • 1 cup shredded lettuce or mixed greens

  • ½ cup shredded carrots

  • ½ cup thinly sliced cucumber

  • ¼ cup thinly sliced red onion

  • ½ avocado, sliced (optional)

  • ¼ cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese (optional)

  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro

  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise or Greek yogurt (optional for creaminess)

  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken – If not using leftovers, cook chicken by boiling, baking, or grilling. Let cool, then shred or dice.

  2. Toss with Sauce – Mix chicken with sweet chili sauce until fully coated.

  3. Prep Veggies – Wash, shred, and slice vegetables. Slice avocado last to avoid browning.

  4. Assemble Wraps – Lay tortilla flat, spread mayo or Greek yogurt (if using), then layer greens, chicken, carrots, cucumber, onion, avocado, cheese, and cilantro. Add lime juice, salt, and pepper.

  5. Wrap & Serve – Fold sides, roll tightly, slice in half, and enjoy immediately or wrap for later.

Notes

Shortcut with rotisserie chicken to save time.
Warm tortillas slightly before assembling to prevent cracking.
Add extra spice with sriracha or jalapeños if you love heat.
Skip cheese and mayo for a lighter version.
