Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced

½ avocado, sliced (optional)

2 tbsp mayonnaise or Greek yogurt (optional for creaminess)

Instructions

Prepare the Chicken – If not using leftovers, cook chicken by boiling, baking, or grilling. Let cool, then shred or dice.

Toss with Sauce – Mix chicken with sweet chili sauce until fully coated.

Prep Veggies – Wash, shred, and slice vegetables. Slice avocado last to avoid browning.

Assemble Wraps – Lay tortilla flat, spread mayo or Greek yogurt (if using), then layer greens, chicken, carrots, cucumber, onion, avocado, cheese, and cilantro. Add lime juice, salt, and pepper.
