Description

Strawberry Greek Yogurt Jello is a creamy, refreshing no-bake dessert made with strawberry gelatin and rich Greek yogurt. It takes just minutes to prepare and chills into a smooth, fluffy treat that’s perfect for busy weeknights, family gatherings, or make-ahead desserts. Topped with whipped cream and fresh strawberries, it’s a simple dessert that looks beautiful and tastes even better.

Ingredients

  • 1 box (6 oz) strawberry Jello gelatin (or your favorite flavor)

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt (whole milk preferred, plain or vanilla)

  • 1 cup boiling water

  • 1 cup cold water

  • Whipped cream or Cool Whip whipped topping (optional)

  • Fresh strawberries for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, add the strawberry gelatin powder.

  2. Pour in 1 cup boiling water and stir for about 2 minutes until the gelatin completely dissolves.

  3. Add the Greek yogurt and whisk until smooth and fully combined.

  4. Pour in the cold water and stir gently to blend everything together.

  5. Transfer the mixture into 8 individual dessert cups (about 6 oz each) or pour into a medium serving bowl.

  6. Cover and refrigerate until fully set, about 4 hours or overnight.

  7. Before serving, top with whipped cream and garnish with fresh strawberries if desired.

  8. Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.

Notes

You can use two 3-oz boxes of gelatin instead of one 6-oz box.

Sugar-free Jello works well if you prefer a lighter dessert.

Whole milk Greek yogurt creates the creamiest texture, but plain or non-fat Greek yogurt can also be used.

Try different gelatin flavors like raspberry, cherry, or orange for fun variations.

Optional toppings include sprinkles, chopped nuts, or fresh mint.
