Instructions

  1. Prepare the Ingredients

    • Thinly slice the steak against the grain for tenderness.

    • Slice onions and bell peppers; mince the garlic.

  2. Heat the Skillet

    • Place a large skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.

  3. Cook the Steak

    • Add sliced steak in a single layer.

    • Season with salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.

    • Cook for 3–4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned.

    • Remove steak from skillet and set aside.

  4. Sauté the Veggies

    • In the same skillet, add onions and bell peppers.

    • Cook for 4–5 minutes, until soft and lightly caramelized.

    • Stir in garlic and cook for another 30 seconds.

  5. Assemble the Bowls

    • Add your choice of base (cauliflower rice, mashed potatoes, or rice) into serving bowls.

  6. Melt the Cheese

    • Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
