Description
Pepper Jelly Cream Cheese Appetizer Dip and Bites are an easy 4-ingredient appetizer made with flaky phyllo shells, creamy cheese, and sweet-spicy pepper jelly. Perfect for parties, holidays, and last-minute guests.
Ingredients
-
1 box (15-count) mini phyllo shells
-
4 oz cream cheese, softened
-
1/4 cup red pepper jelly
-
Fresh thyme leaves or chopped green onion (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
-
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
-
Arrange the mini phyllo shells on a baking sheet.
-
Fill each shell with about 1 teaspoon of softened cream cheese.
-
Top each with about 1/2 teaspoon of red pepper jelly.
-
Bake for 5–7 minutes, until the shells are crisp and the filling is warmed.
-
Remove from the oven, garnish if desired, and serve warm or at room temperature.
Notes
Let cream cheese soften fully for easy filling.
These can be assembled a few hours ahead and baked just before serving.
Serve warm for the best texture, but they’re also delicious at room temperature.
Swap red pepper jelly for jalapeño or cranberry pepper jelly for variety.
