Description

This Parmesan Garlic Chicken Mac and Cheese is the ultimate comfort food—creamy, cheesy, and loaded with tender chicken slow-cooked in a bold, garlicky sauce. It’s perfect for busy weeknights, family dinners, or when you just need a big bowl of cozy.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb chicken breast

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp pepper

  • 1/2 tsp paprika

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan Garlic Sauce (enough to coat, plus extra to taste)

  • 8 oz elbow macaroni noodles

  • 2 cups whole milk

  • 2 1/2 cups Colby Jack cheese, shredded

  • 8 oz cream cheese, cubed

  • Parmesan cheese, for topping

  • Chopped parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Add chicken breast to a slow cooker. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.

  2. Pour just enough Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan Garlic Sauce to coat the chicken. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.

  3. Once cooked, shred or chop chicken and return it to the slow cooker. Add a little extra sauce if desired.

  4. While the chicken finishes, boil macaroni for 3 minutes. Drain—don’t fully cook it.

  5. Add drained pasta, milk, Colby Jack cheese, and cream cheese to the slow cooker with the chicken. Stir until combined.

  6. Cook on low for about 1 hour, stirring occasionally to blend the cheese and avoid sticking.

  7. Before serving, top with Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley. Enjoy warm!

Notes

Pre-shredded cheese works, but freshly shredded melts smoother and creamier.
To make it spicier, add a dash of crushed red pepper or a swirl of buffalo sauce.
Leftovers can be refrigerated up to 3 days. Reheat with a splash of milk for creaminess.
