Description

A creamy and flavorful One Pan Chicken with Buttered Noodles made with juicy chicken breasts, buttery egg noodles, garlic, and Parmesan. The perfect weeknight dinner ready in about 30 minutes!


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • Salt, pepper, and garlic powder (to taste)

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 3 tbsp butter (divided)

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 3 cups chicken broth

  • 8 oz egg noodles

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. Prep the Chicken: Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

  2. Cook the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 5–7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

  3. Sauté Garlic: In the same skillet, add 1 tbsp butter and minced garlic. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

  4. Cook Noodles: Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Add egg noodles and cook, stirring occasionally, until tender and coated in broth.

  5. Make It Creamy: Stir in remaining butter and Parmesan until noodles are creamy.

  6. Finish the Dish: Return chicken to skillet, nestling it among the noodles. Cook for 2–3 minutes to blend flavors.

  7. Serve: Garnish with parsley and enjoy!

Use chicken thighs instead of breasts for a juicier option.
