These festive No Bake Grinch Oreo Truffles are made with red velvet Oreos, cream cheese, and a smooth green candy coating. They’re fun, adorable, and perfect for Christmas dessert tables, holiday parties, and sweet gifting.
Ingredients

1 package Red Velvet Oreos

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 bag green candy melts

Red heart sprinkles
Instructions

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Add the Red Velvet Oreos to a food processor and pulse until fine crumbs form.

Add softened cream cheese and blend until a soft dough forms.

Scoop and roll the dough into smooth balls, then place them on the prepared baking sheet. Freeze until firm.

Melt green candy melts in the microwave in short intervals, stirring between each.

Dip each chilled truffle into the melted candy, coating it completely. Place back onto the baking sheet.

Drizzle extra melted candy over the tops and add a red heart sprinkle to each truffle.

Refrigerate a few minutes to set, then enjoy!
Notes
If the candy melts seem too thick, add ½ teaspoon coconut oil for smoother dipping.
You can use regular Oreos if Red Velvet is unavailable, but the color and flavor will vary.
Store truffles in the fridge for up to 5 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
