Description

This No Bake Christmas Cookie Lush is a festive layered dessert filled with a crunchy cookie crust, creamy peppermint filling, cheesecake pudding, whipped topping, and colorful holiday sprinkles. It’s effortless, fun, and perfect for Christmas parties, potlucks, and cozy family gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 48 vanilla Oreo cookies, divided

  • 6 tablespoons butter, melted

  • 1 package cream cheese (8 ounces), softened

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 2 tablespoons holiday sprinkles, divided

  • 2 tubs whipped topping (8 ounces each)

  • 1 box cheesecake instant pudding mix (3.4 ounces)

  • 2 cups cold milk

  • (Optional) ¼ teaspoon peppermint extract

Instructions

  1. Line a 9×13 baking dish with parchment paper (optional).

  2. Crush 36 Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a zip-top bag and crushing with a rolling pin.

  3. Mix the cookie crumbs with melted butter and ½ tablespoon sprinkles. Press firmly into the bottom of the dish to create a crust.

  4. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and peppermint extract until smooth.

  5. Fold in one tub of whipped topping along with ½ tablespoon sprinkles. Spread this mixture evenly over the crust.

  6. In another bowl, whisk together the cheesecake pudding mix and cold milk until thickened. Stir in ½ tablespoon sprinkles.

  7. Spread the pudding layer over the cream cheese layer.

  8. Top with the remaining tub of whipped topping.

  9. Crush the remaining 12 Oreo cookies and sprinkle over the top along with the remaining sprinkles.

  10. Chill for at least 4 hours or freeze for firmer slices.

  11. Slice and serve.
