Description

This Melt In Your Mouth Chicken Breast is a creamy, juicy, flavor-packed dinner that’s perfect for busy weeknights. Made with sour cream, Parmesan, and simple seasonings, it bakes to golden perfection and lives up to its name with every bite!


Ingredients

  • 1 cup sour cream

  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

  • 1 1/2 cups freshly grated Parmesan cheese, divided

  • 3 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, trimmed

  • Nonstick cooking spray


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. Spray a 9×13 baking dish with nonstick spray.

  3. In a medium bowl, mix sour cream, garlic powder, seasoned salt, pepper, and 1 cup of Parmesan.

  4. Arrange chicken in the baking dish. Spread sour cream mixture evenly over each breast.

  5. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup Parmesan on top.

  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.

  7. Broil for 2–3 minutes until the top is golden and bubbly.

Greek yogurt can be substituted for sour cream for a lighter version.
