Ingredients
1 cup sour cream
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 1/2 cups freshly grated Parmesan cheese, divided
3 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, trimmed
Nonstick cooking spray
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Spray a 9×13 baking dish with nonstick spray.
In a medium bowl, mix sour cream, garlic powder, seasoned salt, pepper, and 1 cup of Parmesan.
Arrange chicken in the baking dish. Spread sour cream mixture evenly over each breast.
Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup Parmesan on top.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Broil for 2–3 minutes until the top is golden and bubbly.
