Ingredients
-
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
-
1 packet Caesar salad dressing mix
-
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
-
½ cup mayonnaise
-
¼ cup sour cream
-
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
-
1 tbsp lemon juice
-
1 tbsp olive oil
-
1 tsp garlic powder
-
½ tsp black pepper
-
¼ tsp salt
-
½ cup panko breadcrumbs
-
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
-
In a mixing bowl, combine Caesar dressing mix, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix until smooth.
-
Place chicken breasts between plastic wrap and pound to an even ½-inch thickness.
-
Dip each chicken breast in the dressing mixture to coat thoroughly. Let excess drip off.
-
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 5–6 minutes per side, or until golden brown.
-
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
-
Transfer the chicken to a baking dish. Top with panko breadcrumbs, pressing gently.
-
Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until panko is golden and chicken is fully cooked.
-
Rest for 5 minutes. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
Notes
For extra crispiness, broil the chicken for 1–2 minutes at the end of baking.
Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days; reheat in the oven or air fryer to keep the crust crispy.
Works great with boneless chicken thighs too—just adjust cook time slightly.
