Description

This Melt In Your Mouth Caesar Chicken is the creamy, crispy comfort food you didn’t know you needed. Juicy chicken breasts are coated in a rich Caesar-mayo sauce, lightly pan-seared, topped with crispy panko, and baked to golden perfection. It’s a quick, weeknight favorite that feels like a gourmet treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 1 packet Caesar salad dressing mix

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • ½ cup mayonnaise

  • ¼ cup sour cream

  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • ¼ tsp salt

  • ½ cup panko breadcrumbs

  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Caesar dressing mix, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix until smooth.

  2. Place chicken breasts between plastic wrap and pound to an even ½-inch thickness.

  3. Dip each chicken breast in the dressing mixture to coat thoroughly. Let excess drip off.

  4. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 5–6 minutes per side, or until golden brown.

  5. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  6. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish. Top with panko breadcrumbs, pressing gently.

  7. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until panko is golden and chicken is fully cooked.

  8. Rest for 5 minutes. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

Notes

For extra crispiness, broil the chicken for 1–2 minutes at the end of baking.
Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days; reheat in the oven or air fryer to keep the crust crispy.
Works great with boneless chicken thighs too—just adjust cook time slightly.
