Ingredients
For the Base
2 large naan breads
1/2 cup tzatziki sauce (homemade or store-bought)
1 tablespoon olive oil
For the Toppings
1 cup cooked chicken, shredded or chopped
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup kalamata olives, pitted and halved
1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
1/4 cup fresh spinach leaves
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh dill or parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Lightly brush each naan with olive oil. Spread tzatziki sauce evenly over the surface of each naan.
Top with cooked chicken, red onion, cherry tomatoes, olives, spinach, and crumbled feta.
Season with salt and pepper as desired.
Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the naan is golden and the toppings are heated through.
Remove from oven and garnish with chopped fresh dill or parsley. Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
Use store-bought tzatziki for convenience, or whip up a quick homemade version using Greek yogurt, cucumber, lemon, garlic, and dill.
This is a great way to use up leftover chicken—grilled, roasted, or rotisserie all work perfectly.
