Description

These Mediterranean Chicken Wraps are a quick, fresh, and healthy meal perfect for lunch or dinner. Loaded with grilled chicken, crunchy vegetables, creamy Greek yogurt sauce, and tangy feta, all wrapped in a soft whole wheat tortilla—this dish brings bold Mediterranean flavor to your table in under 30 minutes!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or chopped

  • 4 large whole wheat wraps

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp dried oregano

  • 1/2 tsp paprika

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1 cup cucumber, diced

  • 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced

  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

  • 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped

  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Make the yogurt sauce: In a small bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, garlic powder, oregano, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well and set aside.

  2. Season the chicken: In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the cooked chicken and sprinkle with paprika. Cook for 3–4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until warmed through.

  3. Prep the veggies: While the chicken heats, dice the cucumbers and tomatoes, slice the red onions, and chop the fresh parsley and dill.

  4. Assemble the wraps: Lay each whole wheat wrap flat. Spread 2–3 tablespoons of yogurt sauce in the center. Add a layer of seasoned chicken, then top with cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, and herbs. Sprinkle with feta cheese.

  5. Wrap it up: Fold the sides of the wrap inward, then roll tightly from the bottom. Slice in half if desired.

  6. Serve: Enjoy immediately with a side of hummus or a light green salad.

Notes

Use rotisserie chicken to save time.
You can prep the filling and sauce ahead of time and store them separately for easy assembly later.
Swap in dairy-free yogurt and omit feta for a dairy-free version.
These wraps hold up well in lunchboxes and make a great next-day meal.
