Description

Sweet, smoky, and finger-licking good! These Maple Chicken Beef Bacon Sliders are the ultimate crowd-pleasing bites, perfect for game day, parties, or a fun family dinner. Juicy chicken, crispy beef bacon, and a sticky maple glaze come together on soft slider buns for a recipe everyone will love.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb (450 g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced

  • 6 slices beef bacon, cooked until crispy

  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) pure maple syrup

  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

  • 12 slider buns

  • Fresh arugula or spinach (optional, for garnish)

Optional swaps: Use turkey instead of chicken or plant-based bacon for a lighter twist.

Instructions

  1. Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, whisk together maple syrup, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and black pepper. Add sliced chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes in the fridge.

  2. Cook the Bacon: In a skillet over medium heat, cook beef bacon until crispy. Set aside on paper towels, reserving 1 tbsp of drippings in the skillet.

  3. Cook the Chicken: Add marinated chicken to the skillet and cook 5–7 minutes per side until golden brown and glazed. Make sure the chicken reaches 165°F internally.

  4. Toast the Buns: Lightly toast slider buns in the skillet for extra flavor and crunch.

  5. Assemble the Sliders: Layer chicken, bacon, and fresh arugula/spinach on the buns. Top with the other half of the bun.

  6. Serve: Arrange on a platter, drizzle with extra maple syrup if desired, and enjoy warm.

Notes

  • These sliders pair perfectly with sweet potato fries or a crisp salad.
Marinate the chicken overnight for maximum flavor.
Leftovers can be refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 2 days and reheated at 350°F for 10 minutes.
