Description

These Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cake Truffles are a quick and festive no-bake dessert that brings holiday nostalgia to life! Made with classic snack cakes, white chocolate, and colorful sprinkles, each bite is creamy, sweet, and full of Christmas cheer. Perfect for gifting, parties, or cozy nights in by the tree.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box of Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes (5 cakes)

  • 8 ounces white chocolate or candy melts

  • 3 tablespoons festive sprinkles

  • 3 tablespoons red candy melts (for drizzling, optional)

  • Green sanding sugar for decoration

Instructions

  1. Prepare the cakes – Unwrap the Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes and place them in a large mixing bowl.

  2. Mix and form dough – Use a handheld mixer to blend the cakes until crumbly. Mix in the festive sprinkles until a dough-like texture forms.

  3. Shape the truffles – Scoop the mixture with a tablespoon and roll into smooth balls. Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

  4. Melt white chocolate – In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate or candy melts in 30-second increments, stirring until smooth.

  5. Dip and coat – Using a fork or dipping tool, dip each chilled truffle into the melted white chocolate. Allow excess to drip off and return to the baking sheet.

  6. Decorate – Melt the red candy melts in a piping or ziplock bag, snip the corner, and drizzle over the truffles. Sprinkle with green sanding sugar.

  7. Set and serve – Chill in the refrigerator for 10–15 minutes, then enjoy your festive, creamy holiday truffles!

Notes

To make dipping easier, chill the truffle balls for 10–15 minutes before coating in chocolate.|
If your chocolate thickens, add 1 teaspoon of coconut oil and stir until smooth.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
These truffles freeze beautifully (without drizzle) for up to 2 months.
