  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

For the Honey Mustard Sauce:

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

For the Wraps:

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups lettuce, shredded (romaine or iceberg works well)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, or your favorite)
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced

Instructions

Cook the Chicken:

  1. Season the Chicken:
    Rub the chicken breasts or thighs with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.

  2. Cook the Chicken:

    • Grill Method: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Grill the chicken for 5-6 minutes per side, or until fully cooked (internal temperature of 165°F/74°C).
    • Stovetop Method: Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken for 4-5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
  3. Slice the Chicken:
    Let the cooked chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing it into thin strips.

Make the Honey Mustard Sauce:

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, honey, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Taste and adjust the sweetness or tanginess as desired.

Assemble the Wraps:

  1. Warm the tortillas in the microwave or on a dry skillet for 10-15 seconds to make them pliable.
  2. Spread a generous layer of the honey mustard sauce on each tortilla.
  3. Layer with shredded lettuce, cherry tomatoes, carrots, cheese, and red onion. Top with sliced chicken.

Wrap and Serve:
