Ingredients

- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups lettuce, shredded (romaine or iceberg works well)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, or your favorite)
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced

Make the Honey Mustard Sauce:
- In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, honey, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Taste and adjust the sweetness or tanginess as desired.
Assemble the Wraps:
- Warm the tortillas in the microwave or on a dry skillet for 10-15 seconds to make them pliable.
- Spread a generous layer of the honey mustard sauce on each tortilla.

- Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to form a wrap. Slice in half if desired, and serve immediately.
