Ingredients

1 pack (9-count) King’s Hawaiian Pretzel Slider Buns

8 slices Pepper Jack cheese

⅓ cup cooked bacon, crumbled

2 cups fried chicken tenders, roughly chopped

½ cup honey mustard sauce

½ large avocado, cubed

¼ cup cherry tomatoes, quartered

1 pinch flaky salt
Instructions

Preheat the broiler. Slice the pretzel slider buns in half and place them on a baking sheet.

Layer Pepper Jack cheese evenly over the buns and sprinkle with crumbled bacon.

Broil for 2–3 minutes, watching closely, until the cheese is melted and buns are lightly golden.

In a bowl, toss chopped fried chicken with honey mustard until well coated.

Remove buns from the oven and pile the honey mustard chicken onto the bottom halves.

Top with avocado, cherry tomatoes, and a pinch of flaky salt.

Notes
Swap Pepper Jack for mozzarella or provolone for a milder flavor.
