Description

This Halloween Buffalo Chicken Dip is the ultimate spooky party appetizer — creamy, cheesy, and loaded with Buffalo flavor. Topped with ghost-shaped tortillas, it’s festive, fiery, and guaranteed to disappear faster than candy on Halloween night!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups shredded chicken

  • ½ cup Buffalo sauce

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • ½ cup ranch dressing

  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese

  • Optional: ghost-shaped tortilla cutouts (for decoration)

  • Optional garnish: chopped parsley or green onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. Mix the base: In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, ranch dressing, and Buffalo sauce. Stir until smooth.

  3. Add the chicken: Fold in shredded chicken and half of the cheddar cheese. Mix well.

  4. Transfer to dish: Spoon the mixture into a baking dish and spread evenly.

  5. Top and bake: Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top. Bake for 20 minutes, or until hot, bubbly, and slightly golden.

  6. Decorate: Add ghost-shaped tortilla cutouts on top for a fun Halloween touch.

  7. Serve: Enjoy warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or veggie sticks.
