Ingredients

Instructions
- Heat the oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add garlic and onions, cooking until fragrant.
- Add ground chicken, breaking it apart, and cook until browned.
- Toss in the vegetables (bell pepper, carrot, and broccoli), stir-frying until tender-crisp.
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Pour the sauce into the skillet, stirring to coat everything evenly.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes, letting the sauce thicken slightly.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
