Description
Grinch Dip is a creamy, no-bake holiday dessert made with vanilla pudding, cream cheese, and whipped topping. Its fun green color and heart sprinkles make it perfect for Christmas parties, movie nights, and kid-friendly gatherings.
Ingredients
-
1 ½ cups whole milk
-
1 (3.4-ounce) box vanilla pudding mix
-
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
-
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
-
½ teaspoon liquid green food coloring
-
4 ounces Cool Whip, thawed
-
1 tablespoon heart sprinkles
Instructions
-
In a medium bowl, whisk together the milk and vanilla pudding mix until smooth. Let it sit for 2–3 minutes to thicken.
-
Add the softened cream cheese to the pudding and beat with a hand mixer until completely smooth and creamy, about 5–10 minutes.
-
Mix in the vanilla extract and green food coloring until the color is evenly distributed.
-
Gently fold in the Cool Whip until light and fluffy.
-
Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and sprinkle with heart sprinkles before serving.
Notes
Make sure the cream cheese is fully softened to avoid lumps.
This dip can be made up to 24 hours in advance and stored covered in the refrigerator.
Serve with cookies, graham crackers, pretzels, strawberries, or apple slices.
