Description

Quick, fresh, and packed with flavor—these Grilled Shrimp Caesar Wraps combine smoky shrimp, crisp romaine, juicy tomato, and creamy Caesar dressing in a warm tortilla. Perfect for an easy lunch or weeknight dinner!

Ingredients

Scale

For the Shrimp:

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

For the Caesar Dressing:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard

  • 1 garlic clove, minced

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

For the Wraps:

  • 4 large flour tortillas (or gluten-free alternative)

  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped

  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, shaved

  • 1/2 cup croutons (optional)

  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled (optional)

  • 1 tomato, sliced (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Shrimp: Toss shrimp in olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, pepper, salt, and lemon juice. Preheat grill to medium-high. Grill shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Avoid overcooking.

  2. Make the Caesar Dressing: Whisk together mayonnaise, Parmesan, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and garlic. Season with salt and pepper.

  3. Assemble the Wraps: Warm tortillas in a skillet or microwave for 20–30 seconds. Spread Caesar dressing, then layer lettuce, shrimp, Parmesan, and optional toppings. Fold sides in and roll tightly. Serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate shrimp for 15 minutes before grilling.
Keep dressing separate if making ahead to prevent soggy wraps.
Double the shrimp to have leftovers for salads.
