Ingredients
2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs
¼ cup buffalo sauce
2 tablespoons honey
2 garlic cloves, minced
¼ teaspoon black pepper
¼ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon dried parsley
2 tablespoons chopped green onions (optional garnish)
Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk together the buffalo sauce, honey, and minced garlic.
Season the chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and parsley. Add 2 tablespoons of the honey buffalo sauce to the thighs and toss to coat evenly.
Preheat grill to medium-low heat.
Place the chicken thighs smooth-side down on the grill. Grill slowly, flipping every 3–4 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165–170°F and juices run clear.
During the last few flips, baste the thighs with remaining honey buffalo sauce.
Remove from grill, garnish with chopped green onions, and serve with your favorite side dishes.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the sauce for 30–60 minutes before grilling.
No grill? Use a grill pan or bake at 400°F for 25–30 minutes.
Great with corn on the cob, coleslaw, or grilled veggies.
