Instructions

Make Wing Sauce: In a small saucepan, melt butter and mix with hot sauce over low heat (about 4 minutes).

Prep Salad Base: Combine lettuce, tomatoes, onion, avocado, carrot, celery, and blue cheese in a large bowl.
