Description

Garlic Butter Chicken Bites with Creamy Pasta is the ultimate comfort food—juicy, golden chicken tossed in a rich garlic-parmesan cream sauce and served over perfectly cooked pasta. Ready in under 40 minutes, it’s a weeknight dinner that tastes like a weekend indulgence.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, divided

  • 4 cloves garlic, finely minced

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 3/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

  • 8 oz fettuccine or linguine pasta

  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)

  • 1/4 cup reserved pasta water (as needed)

Instructions

  1. Prep Ingredients: Chop the garlic and cut chicken into bite-sized pieces. Start boiling water for the pasta.

  2. Cook Pasta: Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1/4 cup pasta water, then drain.

  3. Sauté Chicken: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt 2 tbsp of butter. Add chicken and cook until golden and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes.

  4. Add Garlic & Season: Stir in garlic, salt, and pepper. Sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant.

  5. Make Sauce: Lower heat to medium. Pour in heavy cream, remaining 1 tbsp butter, and Parmesan. Stir until creamy and slightly thickened.

  6. Combine: Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat. Use reserved pasta water if needed to thin the sauce.

  7. Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.

Notes

For even more flavor, marinate your chicken in a little olive oil, garlic, and Italian seasoning before cooking.
This dish reheats well! Add a splash of milk or cream when warming to revive the sauce.
Swap fettuccine with penne or rotini for a fun twist.
