Description

Frank’s Red Hot Buffalo Chicken Dip is the ultimate cheesy, spicy party dip loaded with shredded chicken, creamy cheeses, and that iconic Frank’s heat. Perfect for game day, gatherings, or whenever you’re craving bold flavor in every scoop!


Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • ½ cup Frank’s RedHot sauce

  • ½ cup ranch or blue cheese dressing

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Optional toppings:

  • Chopped parsley or green onions

  • Sour cream

Serve with:

  • Tortilla chips

  • Crackers

  • Celery sticks


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, Frank’s RedHot sauce, and ranch (or blue cheese) dressing. Stir until smooth and fully blended.

  3. Stir in half of the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.

  4. Spread the mixture evenly into a baking dish.

  5. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar and mozzarella cheeses over the top.

  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes, until hot and bubbly.

  7. Garnish with chopped parsley or green onions and a dollop of sour cream if desired.

  8. Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or celery sticks.

Notes

Adjust spice level by adding more or less Frank’s RedHot sauce.
Rotisserie chicken works great for quick prep.
Can be assembled up to 24 hours ahead and baked when ready to serve.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat until hot and bubbly.
