Instructions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, oregano, paprika, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Add the chicken tenders and toss to coat evenly. Cover and marinate for at least 15 minutes (or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator for deeper flavor).
  3. Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add a small drizzle of olive oil to coat the pan.
  4. Place the marinated chicken tenders in a single layer in the hot skillet. Cook for 4–5 minutes without moving them, until golden brown.
  5. Flip and cook for another 4–5 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
