Ingredients
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon chili sauce (adjust to taste for spice)
1 tablespoon honey
2 packs instant ramen noodles (flavor packets discarded)
4 cups chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons garlic, minced (about 4–5 cloves)
1 teaspoon paprika
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
Salt and pepper, to taste
(Optional) Cherry tomatoes, halved (for garnish)
(Optional) Chili oil for extra hea
Instructions
In a bowl, toss chicken with soy sauce, chili sauce, honey, and paprika. Marinate for 10 minutes.
Heat olive oil in a skillet. Cook marinated chicken until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, sauté garlic for 1 minute. Add chicken broth, bring to a simmer, then stir in heavy cream. Season with salt and pepper.
Cook ramen noodles separately, discard flavor packets, then add noodles to the sauce.
Return chicken to the skillet and mix well.
Serve hot, topped with sliced green onions and optional chili oil or cherry tomatoes.

To reduce spice, use half the chili sauce or omit entirely.
Coconut milk can be substituted for cream for a dairy-free version.
