This Easy Honey Mustard Chicken Wrap is your new go-to for busy weeknights or quick lunches. Crispy air fryer chicken tenders, fresh crunchy veggies, and a creamy homemade honey mustard sauce are all rolled into a warm whole wheat tortilla. It’s simple, satisfying, and full of bold, comforting flavor!

Wraps:

  • ½ batch of air fryer chicken tenders (no buffalo sauce)

  • 1 cup bagged coleslaw mix

  • 1 cup shredded lettuce

  • 2 pickles, diced

  • ¼ cup radishes, thinly sliced

  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes, sliced

  • 2 10-inch whole wheat tortillas

  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

Honey Mustard Sauce:

  • 2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt

  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise

  • 1 teaspoon grainy Dijon mustard

  • 2 teaspoons honey

  • 2 teaspoons white vinegar


Instructions

  1. Cook Chicken: If using homemade, prepare the air fryer chicken tenders per recipe, omitting the buffalo sauce.

  2. Make Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together yogurt, mayo, Dijon mustard, honey, and vinegar until smooth.

  3. Mix Veggies: In a large bowl, combine coleslaw mix, lettuce, pickles, radishes, and cherry tomatoes. Drizzle with ¾ of the sauce and toss to coat.

  4. Assemble Wraps: Lay each tortilla flat. Add half the veggie mixture, 2 chicken tenders, ¼ cup cheese, and drizzle with remaining sauce.

  5. Wrap & Serve: Fold in the sides, tuck the bottom, and roll tightly. Slice and enjoy immediately!

Notes

Warm tortillas in the microwave for 10–15 seconds to make wrapping easier.
You can use store-bought chicken tenders for even quicker prep.
Customize the veggie mix with what you have on hand—cucumbers or shredded carrots work great too.
Double the honey mustard sauce and save it for dipping or salads!
