Description

This cozy Dumpling Ramen Bowl is the perfect quick comfort meal—loaded with tender dumplings, springy ramen noodles, wilted spinach, and jammy soft-boiled eggs in a rich, savory broth. Ready in under 25 minutes and bursting with flavor!

Ingredients

Scale
  • Frozen dumplings

  • 1 pack instant ramen noodles

  • 2 cups chicken broth

  • 1 tsp soy sauce

  • 1 tsp sesame oil

  • 2 eggs (soft-boiled)

  • 1 cup fresh spinach

  • 2 tbsp sliced green onions

  • Black sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Soft-boil the eggs: Bring water to a boil, add room-temperature eggs, and cook 6–7 minutes. Transfer to ice bath and peel once cooled.

  2. Prepare the broth: In a pot, heat chicken broth and season with soy sauce and sesame oil.

  3. Cook the dumplings: Add frozen dumplings directly into simmering broth and cook 8–10 minutes, until they float.

  4. Add noodles & spinach: Stir in ramen noodles and cook 2–3 minutes. Add spinach and let wilt for 1–2 minutes.

  5. Assemble: Divide dumplings, noodles, broth, and spinach into bowls. Top with halved eggs, sliced green onions, and black sesame seeds.

Notes

  • Store noodles separately if reheating later to prevent mushiness.

  • Add chili oil for a spicy kick.

  • Substitute spinach with bok choy or kale if preferred.
